AmomentlateragleamofsunshinefloodedthemountainandagorgeousRainbowappeared. WithacryofgladnessPolychromespranguponapointofrockandheldoutherarms. StraightwaytheRainbowdescendeduntilitsendwasatherveryfeet,whenwithagracefulleapshespranguponitandwasatonceclaspedinthearmsofherradiantsisters,theDaughtersoftheRainbow. ButPolychromereleasedherselftoleanovertheedgeoftheglowingarchandnod,andsmileandthrowadozenkissestoherlatecomrades. “Good-bye!”shecalled,andtheyallshouted“Good-bye!”inreturnandwavedtheirhandstotheirprettyfriend.
